I worked out with Gilad 15 years ago and loved it. Life went on, and I got quite out of shape. In August I subscribed to Fios and found FitTV and Gilad! I've been working out with him ever since and feel soooo much better (back, knees, balance), my clothes fit better and have more energy. Thanks, Gilad, for sharing your fitness knowledge!! .
