Gilad
will chat (voice conference) with you every first Friday of the month.
This is a great
opportunity for you to get tips and help from Gilad first hand.
Gilad will
personally answer
questions related to health and fitness.

To participate please follow these
simple steps:

You should see this screen:

2. Click on
the red button (download all new Paltalk Messenger 7.0)

You want the FREE basic service. No need to pay anything to participate.

3. You will
see a page similar to the one above. Follow the steps described on this
page: Save
Paltalk in a folder (or to the desktop) that you will be able to find
later. After the
program is downloaded OPEN it and select a nick name and fill out
the short registration form.
That's it! You are now ready to join the
chat.
This is how we will conduct this
chat:
You will type your questions.
Gilad will be on a microphone and answer
your questions verbally.
Make sure you have your speakers or a headset hooked up so you can hear him speak.
Please follow these rules:
Don't change font size
You can change color but do not use neon or
red.
Don't use underline or caps.
And please do not get on the microphone.

4. On the days
we chat do the following:
-
Open PalTalk and click on
Groups (located on the top of the window).
-
Find the category
Health Related and Body. Click on it. Click on
Sub category Fitness and Nutrition, and you will find Bodies in Motion Group.
You may have to scroll down to see it.

Click on
Bodies in Motion group to join the
chat.
Note:
The Bodies in Motion Group
will only be open (visible) when we are using it. When the last person
leaves it closes automatically.
